The ALVI 2050/162 CR trolley is designed for the collection of dirty laundry bags in healthcare facilities. It is manufactured from lightweight alloy sheet treated with a 10-micron anodizing process. The panels are smooth and non-perforated, and the 20 mm top edge is equipped with an internal reinforcement. The front panel is divided into three sections: a fixed lower part, a sliding central part, and an upper foldable part on hinges. The lid is composed of two sections: one-third fixed and two-thirds opening to 130°, with nylon and stainless steel hinges. An integrated push handle is fixed on one of the short sides. The trolley features a fixed watertight partition, sealed at the bottom with a silicone waterproof gasket, and two drain taps. The base chassis is constructed of steel coated with an 80-micron epoxy polyester finish. A lower bumper made of grey, stain-resistant rubber protects the base. The rolling system includes two fixed wheels and two pivoting wheels with a diameter of 160 mm, equipped with non-marking rubber rings and galvanized steel hubcaps. The total capacity is 714 liters, with interior dimensions of 1000 x 600 x 1165 mm and exterior dimensions of 1100 x 650 x 1425 mm. The weight is 37.50 kg.
