The 2550 CR trolley cabinet is made of AlMg3 alloy sheet metal, treated by 10-micron anodic oxidation. Its two folding shelves allow the upper shelf to tilt backward and the lower one forward. This setup accommodates both folded clean linen and soiled linen in bags. The single door, constructed from 2.5 mm folded sheet metal with top and bottom reinforcements, opens to 270° and stays in place thanks to magnetic stops. The lock engages both the top and bottom. An EPDM gasket enhances protection against dust and water. The base chassis, coated in 80-micron epoxy polyester, offers torsion resistance, while the grey stain-resistant rubber bumper safeguards the trolley and its surroundings. Two fixed and two swivel wheels measuring 125 mm in diameter, fitted with non-marking rubber rings and zinc-plated steel forks, ensure easy maneuverability. Each shelf supports up to 70 kg, and the bottom holds 100 kg. The clearances between levels are 630 mm for the lower section, 407 mm for the middle section, and 320 mm for the upper section.
