The 1560 CR trolley from Alvi stands out for its construction in lightweight AlMg3 alloy treated by anodic oxidation (10 microns), ensuring robustness and ease of handling. Its fixed shelf supports up to 80 kg, while the bottom holds 120 kg, for a total capacity of 200 kg. The two hinged doors, made from 2.5 mm folded sheet metal with welded reinforcements, open to 270° using magnetic stops and lock with a system engaging at both the top and bottom. An EPDM gasket ensures water and dust tightness. The base chassis, made of steel painted with epoxy polyester (80 microns), offers increased torsional resistance. The side handle facilitates movement, supported by two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels with a diameter of 160 mm, equipped with non-marking rubber and zinc-plated steel hubs. A grey stain-resistant bumper protects the trolley and its surroundings from impacts. The internal dimensions are 1130 x 550 x 920 mm (H), compared to external dimensions of 1230 x 630 x 1200 mm (H). The clearance between levels is 414 mm for the lower section and 447 mm for the upper section, while the total volume reaches 572 liters.
